Overview A "Time Zone Shift" can cause a record modified at 5:00 PM to appear as if it was modified at 9:00 PM, potentially causing the integration to skip that record because it thinks it is "in the future."
The Fix
- Identify if your QuickBooks Server is on EST while your Salesforce Instance is on UTC.
- In the InterWeave Company Profile, apply an Offset Value (e.g., -4 or -5) to align the Integration Manager with your local accounting server's clock.
