Just came across the ocurance of Customer is in Salesforce, but when we tried to bring over invoice, payments and credits from QuickBooks - Customer not found - but i can see it in my QuickBooks.
- Its a Name issue. The name in QuickBooks may be slightly different than the one in Salesforce. To retiify:
- Run the SF Account utility to create a new customer from Salesforce to QuickBooks. This will result in creating a new Customer in QuickBooks with the right name.
- Run the Merge Customer function in QuickBooks, bringing the existing transactions from the old Customer to the new Customer.
- Rerun the SF Account utility, and this will re-set the binding - just in case
